a potato dish

1. Put the potato in boiling water and take it out after you think it's done. (better not too soft)
2. Put the sausages into toaster oven. 
we have Bratwurst German sausages (amazingly good), Italian sausages, and Taiwanese sausages from California.
3. Pour the oily juice from sausages on the potato + salt and pepper + green onions + sausages bits 

Delicious!
